How many beads come on a strand.

Our Patented Pre-Strung SMART Beads have 50 beads per string, no matter the size or type.

What is your return policy?

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unused, unaltered, or defective merchandise in new condition for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange or receiving store credit, $8 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” or sold during a "Flash Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

What are the beads made of?

Our Patented Pre-Strung SMART Beads (both I-Tip and Silicone) are made of aluminum, which is much stronger than the conventional copper bead.

How hot does the Fusion tool get?

Our Patented SMART Fusion Tool, used to melt keratin (K-Tip) Bonds, is set to a temperature of 400 degrees to ensure consistent heat the entire service.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING TIMES & CARRIER:

Orders placed M-Th before 12pm CST are generally processed same day or next business
All orders are shipped via USPS typically take 5-7 business days to deliver, UPS and FedEX are typically between 3-5 business days
If you have selected Express 2Day or Overnight shipping, please allow a full 24 hours for processing
Product description will note if a product has an extended processing time, such as our Smart Kits
We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. (Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday by 3pm CST)
Allow extra time for Smart Tray Shipment, due to its weight.

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please double check your address is correct prior to placing your order. If this does occur please contact the carrier to submit a claim.

Packages that arrive to us as “Return To Sender” will be processed as a return for refund and deducted $8 for processing. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN SHIPPING

Orders from outside the United States typically take 1-4 weeks delivery. Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in international shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.

A note to international customers: We cannot know each county's import duties and customs rules. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The amount paid for shipping is the actual cost of just shipping - it does not include any customs duties.

We must assume that international customers are aware of any duty that may be due at the time of arrival into the destination country.
